Welcome. Four things to do first.
- Add your team in Settings: one account per person, locked to their city.
- Check prices and session names with us; they're placeholders until confirmed.
- Add today's bookings by hand (Bookings → Add a booking) so the statistics and the clients' loyalty count start from day one.
- Share the site: put zenrecovery.club in the Instagram bio. Clients who register get their invite link and rewards automatically.
How to read this page
- Sessions counts bookings that are reserved, confirmed or done. Cancelled and missed ones are not counted.
- Revenue is what clients actually paid, after rewards. Euro and Egyptian pound are always shown separately.
- Clients are people with at least one session; "new" means their first session was this month.
- Upcoming is everything reserved or confirmed from today onwards. Hover any bar for the exact number; "Show as table" lists them.

People whose invite link brought paying clients. Worth a thank-you message, or a small extra.
Bookings
How bookings work
- A client books online: it appears as Reserved. Message them on WhatsApp, agree the hour, then click Confirm and type the hour in the booking (click the row).
- After the session, click Done. This is what counts the session for their free-session reward, so don't skip it. Then open the row and write a note to the client: what you did, what to do at home. They see it in their account, and they can rate the session back.
- Didn't show up? Missed. Cancelled in time? Cancel (their reward, if they used one, is given back).
- Walk-ins, WhatsApp bookings and cash: Add a booking. If the email matches an account, it counts for their rewards too.
- A red ! next to a name means the client told us about a health condition. Open the row and read it before the session.

What you see here
- Everyone with an account${'${'}""}. Click a row for their answers (where they live, goals, focus areas, health), their sessions and their rewards.
- Room is the centre we recommended from where they live. A red ! means a health condition to read before their first session.
- City admins see the clients who chose their room when they registered, plus anyone who has had a session there. Clients of the other cities stay hidden.

How live time slots work
- Until you add opening hours for a city, clients pick a rough window (morning / afternoon / evening) and you agree the hour on WhatsApp. That's fine to start with.
- Add opening hours below (for example Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00, one-hour slots) and the website shows exact free times instead. A time disappears the moment someone books it, so no double bookings.
- Hours can be for the whole room or for one therapist. If you add therapists in the Team tab, clients can choose who they see.
- Holiday, a dentist appointment, an afternoon off: add it under Days off. A whole day, or just a few hours.
- Waiting list: clients who wanted a full day get an email by themselves if a time opens up there.

Why add therapists
- Clients see the team on the booking page, can pick a favourite, and their preferred therapist is preselected next time.
- Each booking can be assigned to a therapist (open a booking). Opening hours and days off can be per person.
- This is the public profile only. Sign-in accounts for the team are under Settings → Who can sign in.

Packs, partners and gifts
About packs
- A pack is several sessions paid up front at a lower price per session, valid for a number of months. Clients buy them in their account; when they book they pick "Use my pack" and nothing is charged.
- The platform fee is taken once, on the pack purchase. Sessions used from a pack show as "from pack" in Bookings.
- Owner only: create, pause or remove packs. Everyone can see what's been sold.

About partner codes
- Give a hotel, hostel, gym or dive centre a code. Their guests type it when booking and get the discount; you see exactly how many bookings each partner brings, so you know who deserves a bigger thank-you.
- A code can be for one city or all of them. Pause it any time.

About gift vouchers
- Anyone can buy a session as a gift on the website. The buyer pays, the code goes out by email, and the recipient books with it. "Redeemed" means it's been used on a booking.

What this is
- When a client tells us they're pregnant, take blood thinners, have a bleeding or heart condition, or had recent surgery, the website doesn't take their money. The booking lands here instead.
- Read their answers, message them on WhatsApp if you need to, then Approve (the booking becomes Confirmed, they pay at the session, and future bookings go straight through) or Cancel.
- Clients who filled in the questionnaire with a red flag but haven't booked yet are listed below too; approving them in advance lets them book online normally.

About this page
- Rewards rules (owner only): the free-session count and the invite discount. Changes apply to future sessions; rewards already earned stay as they are.
- Who can sign in (owner only): add one account per team member. "Florence only" sees Florence bookings, clients and money and nothing else. "All cities" sees everything and can change these settings.
- Everyone can change their own password here. Forgotten one? The owner removes the account and adds it again with a new password.
Rewards rules
Links per city
Google Maps link shows "Open in Google Maps" on the booking page. The review link is what a client is sent to after a 5-star rating. WhatsApp number is the one clients message from the site.
